From the time that Cimla Cricket Club resumed after the war in 1945 until 1963, the Club played friendly fixtures throughout South Wales with fixtures extending to places like Crickhowell in Monmouthshire, to Brecon and Builth Wells, to Radyr, Cowbridge, Miskin Manor and Southerndown, while the South West of England proved a popular touring venue.

More localised opposition was encountered in the Neath Knock Out Cup, midweek friendlies and games against the likes of Eaglesbush and Vale of Neath Brewery and all games played have been included in the above.

In 1962, Cefn Saeson (formerly owned by the Eaglesbush Company) was taken over by Neath Borough Council and Cimla Cricket Club at last found a "Home" ground.

Thanks to the vigilance of scorer Tom Roberts, the Club is able to boast a complete record of its playing development and this has allowed the above statistics to be compiled.
